Description

Our UCHS House Tour returns this spring, featuring the lovely and historic neighborhood of Powelton Village! This event provides a special opportunity to look into one of Philadelphia’s most beloved historic neighborhoods for the first time since 2016. The houses in this Spring's UCHS Tour of Powelton Village feature everything from artist enclaves to the eclectic collections of lives well-traveled in displayed throughout Victorian era homes designed in architectural styles such as Italianate or Second Empire, but also a select number of more modern Powelton Village homes which have since been seamlessly integrated into the historic fabric of the neighborhood.

Proceeds benefit preservation initiatives in West Philadelphia.
